Whether you possess an Oklahoma driver’s license or a license from another state, the State of Oklahoma has a process whereby they revoke the driving privileges of anyone arrested for a drunk driving offense.
Currently, upon receiving a notice of revocation at the address listed on your driver’s license (or address registered with the State of Oklahoma), you ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS to file an appeal in district court.
